Shade notched its second win under new coach Gene Boley Friday, a 14-0 shutout at Hancock, Md.

Brock Medva scored both of the Panthers’ touchdowns, the first on a 2-yard dive in the first quarter and another on a 2-yard scamper off tackle in the fourth.

Hancock set the final score when it snapped the ball high and out of the end zone for a safety.

Cody McDonald led Shade’s offense with 80 yards on 18 carries, and led the defense as well with 10 unassisted tackles, two assists and a quarterback sack.

Ryan Medva had eight tackles each, Edwards with four assists and Medva with two assists and an interception.

The Panthers’ Tyler Smith picked off two passes.

The game saw a total of 137 yards in penalties, 90 of them against Shade.
