ST. MICHAEL – Visiting Claysburg and St. Michael split a doubleheader on Sunday in Cambria League American Legion League action.

The visitors edged the Saints 4-2 in the opener and St. Michael won 11-4 in the second game.

In Game 1, Jacob Eberlin was 2-for-3 and scored a run for Claysburg and Adam Cecere had a solo home run for St. Michael. 

Cecere was 4-for-4, including two home runs, with six RBIs and two runs scored in the second game for the Saints (7-2). Evan Kundrod was also 4-for-4 with three runs scored and a run batted in, Seth Richardson was 2-for-3 with a home run, four runs scored and two RBIs while Nick Peretin added two hits.

Kyle Glass was 3-for-3 with a run scored and two RBIs for Claysburg (9-1), which also got two hits each from Caleb Gampe, Hunter Emerick and Corey Chamberlain.
