Maple season is flowing. The annual Tree Tapping Day was held on Saturday at Sechler Sugar Shack, 7758 Kingwood Road, in Confluence in Somerset County.

It might not seem like it as another round of snow showers falls on the area Tuesday morning – but the region is in line for a significant warm-up over the coming week.
