Keep Cambria County Beautiful, in conjunction with various partnering municipalities, will hold its annual Spring Appliance and Tire Collection. 

As part of Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful, the Cambria County Conservation District will host four collections from late April through mid-May.

The collections will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays at the following locations: Croyle Township on Saturday, Patton Borough on May 4, Cambria Township on May 11, and Stonycreek Township on May 18.

The appliances and tires can be collected at rates of $6 for freon containing appliances, and is free for non-freon containing appliances. Rates for tires are $1 for off rim tires, $2 for on rim, and $15 for tires 4 feet tall and or wider than 14 inches.
