A Hollsopple father and son were arrested Thursday eveningmay12 after a confrontation got out of control.

Conemaugh Township police said officers were called out about 9:30 p.m. to a report of shots fired at the rear of the Tomahawk Grill on North Main Street in Davidsville.

Officers said an altercation that had occurred in the parking lot of Conemaugh Township Junior/Senior Township High School had moved to a home in the 200 block of West Campus Ave.

Police said Burt A. McBee, 39, of the 300 block of Thomas Street, Hollsopple, brought a shotgun and a 9mm pistol to the scene. His son, Jeremy F. McBee, 18, came to be in possession of the pistol.

The shotgun discharged, police said.
