Johnstown police investigating death of 10-month-old boy

Johnstown police are investigating the death of a 10-month-old child who died Wednesday afternoon, said Tamara Bernstein, a Cambria County assistant district attorney.

Additional information will be released Friday, Bernstein said.

The office of the Allegheny County Medical Examiner said the child, a boy, died at 3:19 p.m. at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

The medical examiner’s office identified the boy as Brennon Everett, of Johnstown.

The Johnstown Police Department and the Cambria County coroner’s office referred requests for information about the child’s death to the district attorney’s office.
