The Cambria County Board of Commissioners met on Wednesday night at Bottle Works in Johnstown’s Cambria City section.

Commissioners Thomas Chernisky, B.J. Smith and Scott Hunt voted at the meeting to approve the following routine agreements:

• An agreement between the Cambria County Prison and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Food Assistance for the provision of bulk and surplus food to the prison;

• a grant agreement in the amount of $3,000 between the Cambria County Area Agency on Aging and the Bureau of Food Assistance in support of the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, which distributes coupons to income-eligible senior citizens for the purchase of fruits and vegetables at farmers’ markets;

• a one-year subscription renewal in the amount of $2,320 between the Cambria County Prison and TimeKeeping Systems Inc., of Solon, Ohio, for maintenance of the prison’s timekeeping system;

• and the 2020 loan agreement with the Cambria Somerset Authority in the amount of $252,199.
