Amanda Miller, Steven Keiper
Amanda Leigh Miller and Steven Dale Keiper were married Aug. 16, 2008, at St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church, Nicktown.
The Rev. Job Foote performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of William and Theresa Miller of Ebensburg.
The groom is the son of Duane and Jane Keiper of Sidman.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Alyssa Montanaro of Northern Cambria, as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Stephanie Brozek of Rural Ridge, Allegheny County, cousin of the bride; Sara Fuller of Perkasie, Bucks County; Amanda Heck of Lock Haven, Clinton County; Renee McNichol of Bellefonte, Centre County, cousin of the bride; and Stacey Park of New Milford, Susquehanna County.
Troy Eppley of Sidman was the best man. Ushers were Chad Eppley of Falls Church, Va.; Keith Keiper of Sidman, brother of the groom; Rick Keiper of Ebensburg, brother of the groom; Justin Taylor of Johnstown; and Ryan Taylor of Johnstown.
Abigail and Emily Montanaro of Northern Cambria, nieces of the bride, were the flower girls.
Cole and Levi Keiper of Ebensburg, nephews of the groom, were the ringbearers.
Denise Zalisnock of Carrolltown was the organist. Janet Gaul of Carrolltown was the vocalist.
A reception was held at North Recreation Center, Ebensburg.
The bride is a graduate of Lock Haven University, where she received a bachelor’s degree. She earned a master’s degree from Gannon University. She is a life skills teacher employed by Southern Fulton School District.
The groom is a graduate of Penn State, where he received a bachelor’s degree. He is a forester employed by the state Bureau of Forestry.
The newlyweds reside in Needmore, Fulton County.
