Jen Michaels and Jesse Potchak were married May 14, 2008, at Beaches Resort, Negril, Jamaica. A double-ring ceremony was performed.

The bride is the daughter of Terry and Debbie Michaels of Johnstown.

The groom is the son of Dan and Sherie Potchak of Windber.

Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Jennie Rokosz as maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Jamie Potchak and Kelsie Felix.

Brandon Smith was the best man.

Usher was Josh Wike.

Allyson Felix was the flower girl.

A dinner and a reception were held on the beach at Beaches Resort, Negril.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Conemaugh Valley High School and a 2005 graduate of Mount Aloysius College, Cresson, where she received an associate degree in surgical technology.

In 2007, she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in health care from American Intercontinental University.

She is employed by Stryker as a endoscopic specialist.

The groom is a 2002 graduate of Forest Hills High School, Sidman, and a 2005 graduate of Pitt-Johnstown, where he received an associate degree in surgical technology.

In 2008, he earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology from American Intercontinental University.

He is employed by Zimmer Randall Associates as a junior sales associate.

The newlyweds reside in Southmont.
