— Jessica Meyers and Evan Garth Moore were married Oct. 27, 2007, at St. Benedict Roman Catholic Church, 2306 Bedford St., Geistown Borough.
Monsignor Michael Becker performed the double-ring ceremony and celebrated a Nuptial High Mass.
The bride is the daughter of Daniel and Karen Meyers of Johnstown.
The groom is the son of Jack and Regina Moore of Catlett, Va.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Sarah Meyers of Johnstown, as maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Jill Hoffman and Michelle Babalonis, both of Johnstown.
Tye Weisenfluh of St. Petersburg, Fla., was the best man.
Groomsmen were Paul LaQuesse of Fairfield, Conn., uncle of the groom, and Joseph Satkin of Front Royal, Va.
A reception was held at the Quality Inn, Somerset.
The bride and groom honeymooned in Riviera Maya.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Pitt-Johnstown and a 2004 graduate of Georgia Southern University.
She is employed by Verizon Business as a Health and Wellness Coordinator.
The groom is attending the American Public University, where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT management.
He is employed by American Public University System as a Web content developer.
The newlyweds reside in Leesburg, Va.
