Bill Arnold, president of the Quecreek Mine Rescue Foundation and owner of the Dormel Farms where the rescue occurred, talks about the construction of the Quecreek Mine Rescue Visitors' Center during a groundbreaking ceremony on Saturday, July 26.
This July 28th marks the six year anniversary when nine coal miners that were trapped for four days due to flooding of the Quecreek Mine were saved via a rescue shaft drilled on the site.
