IN BRIEF | Family Counseling Ministries will note date

Westmont Family Counseling Ministries will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a dinner at 5:30 p.m. today at Sunnehanna Country Club, 1000 Sunnehanna Drive, Westmont.

The organization is a professional counseling service for individuals, couples and families. A trained staff provides help with dependencies, depression, addiction, abuse, grief, anger, guilt and anxiety at its office, 639 Luzerne St., Westmont.

The counselors and directors provide professional services and resources based on Christian values of caring and compassion to those seeking emotional, relational and spiritual wholeness.

Counselors assist those who might fall through the safety nets of professional medical or hospital care, including those who have no private health-care coverage.

Tickets are $35 and limited seating is available.
