Minister will speak at Christian Community
The Rev. Mike Dunlap will speak during the 10:30 a.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Wednesday services at Christian Community Church, Route 30, west of Route 219, near Boswell.
He is director and founder of North Star Youth Outreach and is the primary faculty person for Geneva College in its degree-completion program at Johnstown.
Dunlap graduated from Westminster College and received a master of divinity degree from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.

Roxbury church sets Pentecost service
The Rev. Brian N. Simmons, pastor of Roxbury Church of the Brethren, 112 Sell St., Johnstown, will speak at 10:30 a.m. Sunday during the Pentecost worship service.
His sermon, “What a Spirit,” is based on Acts 2:1-21.
The Cathedral Choir will sing “She Will Be Called Blessed,” under the direction of Melanie Shiley, and accompanied by guest pianist Robert Stevens.
Jeffrey Mullen will serve as narrator of the anthem.
Recognition will be given to mothers in attendance.
Sunday school will begin at 9:30.
Special meeting Sunday at Laurel Hill
Evangelist Bill Rice III will hold a special meeting on Sunday at Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, Route 985, north of Jennerstown.
The service and presentation will include a message during the 10:45 a.m. and 7 p.m. services.
He manages the Bill Rice Ranch, a camp ministry for deaf and hearing young people and for adults.
Fountain of Life to hold healing service
A healing service to pray for the sick will begin at 7 p.m. Friday at Fountain of Life Fellowship, 225 Second St., Johnstown.
Churches planning Eucharistic procession
The Catholic Churches of Cambria City are planning a Eucharistic procession for the Feast of Corpus Christi at 2 p.m. May 25.
The Eucharist will be carried in procession beginning at Immaculate Conception, stopping at St. Stephen’s, St. Mary’s, SS. Casimir & Emerich, St. Rochus and concluding at St. Columba’s, where Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament will be held.
A social will follow.
In case of inclement weather, the celebration will be held at SS. Casimir & Emerich’s, 501 Power St.
