There will be a red carpet and the dress is semiformal, but it’s not the Oscars or Tonys.
The 2008 Altoona Community Theatre’s Isaac Awards ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. June 1 at the Mishler Theatre, 1208 12th Ave., Altoona.
