Lehmans note 60th date

Lehmans note 60th date Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Lehman of Johnstown have noted their 60th wedding anniversary with a picnic given by their children for family and friends at Lehman Pavilion, 1201 Soap Hollow Road, Johnstown.

Mr. Lehman and the former Bernice Kaufman were married Aug. 21, 1948, at Stahl Mennonite Church, Soap Hollow Road, Johnstown.

Mr. Lehman is retired from Greater Johnstown Area Vocational-Technical School as an administrator.

He is a member of Connumach Chapter, Lions Club.

Mr. Lehman enjoys woodworking and hunting.

Mrs. Lehman enjoys sewing and quilting.

The Lehmans are members of Stahl Mennonite Church and Rise and Stride Club, who held a mock wedding for them on their anniversary.

They are the parents of five children: Rodney, married to the former Cindy Thomas, Hollsopple; Neil, married to the former Ellen Leichty, Johnstown; Dallen, and fiance, Deb Fetzer, Boise, Idaho; Joy, wife of Patrick Cotchen, Johnstown; and Tricia, wife of Scott Hostetler, Hollsopple.

There are 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
